Refund Policy - the basics

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo description of the issue, and we'll gladly send a replacement or offer store credit.

We do not offer refunds for scent preference or used candles. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
